This policy details the terms for returning or exchanging products purchased from PNS Cycling. We are committed to your satisfaction and aim to provide a clear process.
You can return or exchange products that are in new, unused condition, with all original tags attached, within 30 days of receiving your order.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To begin your return or exchange, please log in to your account on pnscycling.com. Navigate to your order history, select the relevant order, and follow the instructions to generate a return label and authorization.
Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund or exchange within a standard business period.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
WARRANTY FOR DEFECTS
PNS Cycling offers a warranty on manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer care team with your order details, a description of the issue, and supporting imagery. We will review your claim and guide you through the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or a solution deemed appropriate by our team.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or alterations to the product. Care instructions are provided on the garment label.
